Pay: $17.50 per hour

Hours: 4/10 Alternative Work Schedule



  • 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (10-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday)
  • Flexibility to work overtime on Fridays when needed




As a Production Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting the food production department. Your responsibilities will include working on a production line to count, pack, and palletize cases weighing up to 50 pounds, ensuring that all product packaging meets the company's quality standards.

Responsibilities:



  • Accurately pack bags of rice and inspect packaging for quality.
  • Operate case taper machine and palletize cases up to 50 lbs.
  • Assemble boxes with customer labels and assist with cleaning equipment.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols.
  • Use required PPE, including robe, hair/beard net, gloves, and steel-toe shoes.




Minimum Requirements:



  • Ability to accurately count and work at a set pace on a production line.
  • Capable of lifting 50-pound cases or sacks and performing repetitive tasks.
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility for overtime.
  • Basic communication skills in English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn to use PIT equipment (Pallet Jacks, Forklift, Cherry Picker).
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
