We are seeking a Nurse Manager to:



  • Provide supportive leadership creating a collaborative environment conducive to achieving quality outcomes.
  • Promote the growth and development of staff.
  • Utilize improvement processes to identify and remove complex or recurring operational barriers and consult with leadership or medical staff as necessary.
  • Be a resource within the institution and community regarding pediatric care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science - Nursing (BSN), Required
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred

Work Experience

  • Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience. Required
  • Demonstrated progressive leadership experience. Required
  • Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience within same or relevant practice area. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • RN Licensed in State of Wisconsin. Required
  • Certification in relevant specialty. Preferred
