Position Title: Warehouse Administrator
Wage: $20-$23/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 3:30pm-12pm QPS Employment Group is hiring Blender Operators at a company in Ixonia, WI. Warehouse Administrator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular counts - Coordinate shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely deliveries - Prepare and verify documentation for shipments and inventory transactions - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards - Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize workflow and storage efficiency - Assist in preparing reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels Warehouse Administrator Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Experienced in warehouse administration, preferably in food manufacturing - Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer skills - Strong organizational and communication abilities - Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred - Environment may include cold storage areas - Some lifting of up to 50lbs may be required - Adherence to safety and sanitation protocols is mandatory QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
