Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technology Intern to join our Promotions Services and Subscriptions team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting digital promotions and subscription products. The intern will work closely with our IT and marketing teams to enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement through innovative promotions and subscription services. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of digital promotions and subscription products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration and execution of promotional campaigns.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new features and functionalities for our digital platforms.
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate the performance of promotions and subscriptions, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to digital promotions and subscriptions.
- Contribute to the documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices for the team.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for digital marketing and customer engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
- Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships
Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education. Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour.
