JOB DESCRIPTION:
Upper School athletics operations for the Girl's program
Work with all Girls Head Coaches to ensure all programs are staffed two seasons in advance Oversee each program: coaches season reminders, welcome letters, game schedules and confirmations Director of the Track and Field Program Point person for Community Days, winter coverage Oversee Referee schedules for the Upper School in girls' sports Coordinate dismissals with the Welcome Center Coordinate with competing schools about all aspects of game logistics
Inter-Campus Liaison
Upper School interscholastic athletics programs. Support and evaluate coaches for girl's sports Manage the rental calendar Manage the Athletic Facilities Google Calendars College Counseling Meet bi-weekly with the College Counseling office to support college recruitment Oversee the College Google Doc with all Head Coaches Admissions Meet Bi-weekly with Admissions to support athlete attraction Oversee the Attraction Doc with all Head Coaches Point Person for Admissions Open Houses Coordinate calls with prospective families and Athletics Director
Logistics & Compliance
Coordinate Coaching Compliance between CHSAA, KDS, Students Verify Compliance forms with CHSAA for student-athletes through the school's High School platform. Communicate with all coaching staff about game logistics Manage Years of Service for the Evaluation process
Coaching & Student Life
Advising a group of Upper School students Teaching a Wellness Class Coaching 2 seasons Other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.

Salary range:

$64,000-$82,000 + benefits
