The Materials Associate assists with the daily ordering, pulling, receiving, delivering, and replenishment of supplies in order to meet department and patient needs. This role also helps count inventory, enters inventory data correctly, and checks the expiration date of inventory in order to keep inventory up-to-date and usable in the department. Supports with accepting, verifying, and entering receipts for all shipments. Assists with package counts to ensure they are accurate and shipments acceptable, if not will follow outline refusal protocols. Inventories, reorder, pulls, restocks, rotation of inventory, check for expiration dates for areas of responsibility.
