Starting Rate of pay: Depending upon education and experience.
Shift Premium: Nightshift - $1.50/hour extra
Job Responsibilities:

  • Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance:



  1. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, air compressors, and AC/DC drives.
  2. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure production equipment meets scheduling requirements.
  3. Dismantle and examine devices to access defective parts and make necessary repairs.



  • Advanced Troubleshooting & Programming:



  1. Interpret, modify, and program PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens).
  2. Perform recoveries and point modifications of robots; maintain system backups and spare parts inventory.



  • Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems:



  1. Troubleshoot, repair, and read related schematics.



  • Welding and Fabrication:



  1. Perform basic welding as required.



  • Safety and Compliance:



  1. Adhere to ISO, safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
  2. Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment and lift trucks.



  • Collaboration and Research:



  1. Work with production and scheduling teams to minimize downtime.
  2. Research and request spare parts to maintain operational efficiency.


Additional Duties:



  1. Complete work orders, document activities, and perform tasks as assigned by management.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or two years of related experience/training.
  • Proven expertise in industrial electrical systems (three-phase 460V+), PLC programming, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Experience with PLC programming, ladder logic, and VFDs (Allen Bradley and Siemens preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
  • Familiarity with robotic systems, including recoveries and point modifications.
  • Basic to advanced welding skills (depending on experience level).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude for diagnosing and resolving complex equipment issues.
