Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Workplaces is responsible for the active management of the Global Real Estate Portfolio including leases and transactions of all the properties, all design, construction and operations for offices, showrooms and DC's for adidas. This supports the successful implementation of portfolio optimization and creating great workplaces to attract and retain top talent across the globe. To ensure a successful and sustainable Portfolio, Workplaces collaborates within an extensive network of internal / external stakeholders and industry experts to provide value added service. The Senior Specialist Commercial Management Region NAM is responsible to support in the establishment and further development of the commercial facility management at adidas locations managed by Workplaces in North America. The main tasks are participation in projects and execution of commercial support in the entire department (e.g. Cost tracking, Project Management & Facility Management financial data, etc.).
