Your role on the team: (job description) Partners with clients to collect business requirements, develop, and configure system specifications.
- Participate in all aspects of business system solution implementations including process design, system set-up and configuration, user training, testing, go-live support, and continuous improvement;
- Provide business process analysis support as it relates to the WMS Manhattan and the associated integration points;
- Create functional business specifications, testing strategies, sustainment plans, and WMS implementation checklists;
- Understand user operations, anticipate needs, and pursue efficient solutions through application configuration and deployment;
- Articulate complex ideas and designs to DC Operations, customer, Project Leads, Developers, and Vendors on portfolio wide projects;
- Work with the technical development team, quality assurance teams, third party Integration vendors and Infrastructure/security team to validate enhancements, write test cases, and perform QA, user acceptance testing;
- Communicate with management and users on all projects, support, or analysis tasks;
- Assess, identify, and present opportunities to improve and optimize the customer journey.
What you need: (requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science from a 4 year college or university in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and three (3) years of experience using WMS Manhattan.
- Experience working in Information Technology performing application analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation; experience supporting technology solutions for end users; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient using Visio and MS Project.
