AEM Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AEM, Project Budgeting Project Planning Risk Management and Commercial Project Management. This role requires expertise in R&D Preclinical & Clinical and Bioinformatics.

Location: Onsite in New Jersey

Experience: 12 - 14 Yrs

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $170,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Job Responsibilities

* Project Planning: Define scope, create schedules, and manage budgets.

* Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main contact, provide updates, and gather feedback.

* Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks proactively.

* Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate Agile processes.

* Technical Oversight: Ensure proper use of AEM features and integrations with other tools.

* Quality Assurance: Oversee QA, UAT, and ensure deliverables meet requirements.

* Post-Launch Support: Manage go-live, provide documentation, and offer hypercare.

* Process Optimization: Continuously improve workflows and stay updated on AEM advancements.

Qualifications

* Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

* Experience managing end-to-end digital transformation projects.

* Ability to plan, track, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.

* Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.

* Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.

* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

* Adaptability: Ability to handle changes and adjust plans as needed.

* Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in IT, preferably with AEM or CMS platforms.

* Hands-on experience with AEM implementations and managing complex integrations.

* Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects for enterprise-level clients.
