Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP IBP Consultant - Senior Manager who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Role Summary:

* Lead the design and implementation of SAP IBP Demand solutions to meet client requirements.

* Oversee the integration of SAP IBP Demand with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.

* Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on SAP IBP Demand best practices.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP IBP Demand projects.

* Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for SAP IBP Demand configurations and customizations.

* Ensure the scalability and performance of SAP IBP Demand solutions through rigorous testing and optimization.

* Conduct regular reviews and assessments of SAP IBP Demand implementations to identify areas for improvement.

* Support the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues related to SAP IBP Demand.

* Mentor and train junior team members on SAP IBP Demand functionalities and methodologies.

* Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP Demand features and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope and timeline.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP IBP Demand processes.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all SAP IBP Demand activities.

Required Qualifications:

* Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP IBP Demand implementation and support.

* Demonstrate strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains.

* Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Show proficiency in technical documentation and project management.

* Have experience in mentoring and training team members.

* Display strong communication and collaboration skills.

* Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP Demand developments and industry trends.

This position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
