Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Service Line Specialist with 24 to 28 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SFDC Sales Cloud and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role may require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving our service line initiatives and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of SFDC Sales Cloud solutions to meet client requirements and business objectives.
  • Oversee the design and development of customized solutions within the SFDC Sales Cloud platform.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for SFDC Sales Cloud configuration and integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SFDC Sales Cloud with other systems.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Manage project timelines resources and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs.
  • Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on SFDC Sales Cloud functionalities.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues to ensure optimal operation.
  • Stay updated with the latest SFDC Sales Cloud features and enhancements to provide innovative solutions.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities including proposal development and client presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all project activities.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in SFDC Sales Cloud implementation and customization.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a proven track record of successful project management.
  • Show proficiency in integrating SFDC Sales Cloud with other systems.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Be willing to travel as required for client engagements.

Certifications Required

Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified Administrator

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 01/31/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 -175,000, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
