Responsibilities
Job description Roxbury Treatment Center is currently recruiting a full-time Staffing Coordinator to oversee staffing for all three units on a 24/7 basis. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for meeting staffing needs on the acute and substance use disorder units, scheduling, and informing the Nurse Manager/MHT Supervisor/Clinical Coordinator of all staffing issues of the unit. The Staffing Coordinator also works as a direct care staff as necessary, Roxbury Treatment Center, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc., has been a beacon of hope and healing for over 35 years, serving those struggling with behavioral health and substance use issues. Located in Shippensburg, PA., our 112-bed behavioral health facility offers acute psychiatric, detoxification, and rehabilitation services for adults as well as, an adolescent inpatient psychiatric program for youth ages 13-17. We also have two substance use disorder outpatient offices in Carlisle and Chambersburg. Qualifications Education and Experience: High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree or licensed nurse preferred. One year prior experience in inpatient or behavioral health staffing is preferred.
