Job Overview The Senior, Creative Experiential Producer conceptualizes and executes immersive experiences that resonate with audiences and create memorable brand connections. This role demands a creative and strategic thinker who excels in intersectional storytelling and crafting impactful experiences. The producer collaborates closely with designers, fabricators, and internal stakeholders to bring events and activations to life. Through innovative thinking and meticulous attention to detail, the Senior, Creative Experiential Producer ensures each experience aligns with brand objectives, captivates audiences, and enhances the Macy's brand. This role reports directly to the Director of Creative Production at Macy's Studios. What You Will Do
Skills You Will Need Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and develop innovative, story-driven immersive experiences. Project Management: Skilled in managing and prioritizing complex projects with competing timelines while collaborating cross-functionally. Communication and Presentation: Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills to effectively present concepts and ideas. Attention to Detail: Meticulous organization to ensure seamless execution of events and activations. Vendor Management: Experience in coordinating with external vendors to achieve high-quality outcomes. Collaboration and Leadership: Ability to share vision, delegate effectively, celebrate team successes, and foster strong relationships with internal and external partners. Problem-Solving: Proactive in troubleshooting real-time on-site issues to maintain a high standard of execution and guest experience. Industry Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities. Analytical Skills: Capability to conduct post-event analyses, evaluate feedback and metrics, and provide actionable recommendations for future improvements. Adaptability: Flexibility to manage evolving project needs and balance multiple priorities.
