You will actively source candidates, guide hiring managers through the recruitment process, and support a wide range of recruiting programs. In this role, you will develop and maintain a network of key talent, providing high-touch communication throughout the candidate journey. You will reflect GALLO's values in all interactions, helping us elevate our reputation as a leader in the total alcoholic beverage industry. Your responsibilities will include meeting with client groups to understand their business and culture, preparing recruiting timelines, and acting as a brand ambassador. You will also coordinate recruiting strategy sessions, finalize job descriptions, publish job postings, and actively source candidates through various platforms. You will leverage online resources, social media, and ATS to identify candidates, track recruiting activities, and provide updates to candidates, managers, and recruiters. Your role will involve scheduling interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and providing high-touch communications to offer insights into the interview process. You will manage applicant flow, source qualified candidates, and develop an effective network of key talent.
