Come join Infor to drive recruitment, onboarding, and enablement of new reseller partners within the industrial manufacturing industry. Focus on coaching and motivating new recruits, ensuring adoption of program requirements, and collaborating with leadership to prepare partners for successful sales of our Industrial Manufacturing solutions. A Day In The Life Typically Includes: Engaging with potential reseller partners in the industrial manufacturing industry and guiding them through the recruitment and onboarding process. Coaching and inspiring new partners, fostering excitement about reselling and helping them navigate onboarding requirements. Educating partners on Industrial Manufacturing solutions and the business challenges in the industrial manufacturing sector. Collaborating with the Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) to align partners with strategic goals and ensure effective sales enablement. Delivering tailored training on presales, sales, delivery, and product knowledge to equip partners for success. Tracking partner progress, providing constructive feedback, and continuously improving the onboarding experience. Partnering with cross-functional teams, including marketing, partner program team, partner enablement team, partner operations team, and others to provide resources to new partners. Basic Qualifications: Experience in industrial manufacturing industry with knowledge of general business practices. Experience coaching and mentoring team members. Experience in partner recruitment, channel management, or sales. Experience working with and presenting to customers at all levels. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with supply chain software or SaaS-based solutions. Experience with CloudSuite Industrial or similar ERP products. Experience in training, partner enablement, and industrial manufacturing channel recruitment.
