Job Location: Delhi, LA Hydro employees can enjoy several benefits including: Medical, Rx, Dental, Disability, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts Retirement Savings Plans with Company Match/Contributions Education Assistance Bonus Plan Eligibility Parental Leave Starting Rate of pay: $16.26/hour Shifts Available and Hours: Day shift 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Job Responsibilities: Operate various tools, including hammers, mallets, clamps, hand drills and, deburring tools. Assist with lifting and stacking desired products at a fast pace, through the entire work schedule. Pull identified finished goods from the yard to fill packing list. Visually inspect materials for missed welds, incomplete cleaning, and incorrect sizes from welding team. Maintain a clean and organized work area and finished goods storage area. Operate various punch presses to process parts for the Shipping Department. Cut wooden battens or blocks for the Shipping Department when needed. Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to lift heavy items (minimum of 50 lbs.) is required. At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to read a tape measure and use a calculator. Care, Courage, & Collaboration At Hydro We care about our People!
