Wound Care Specialist RN (Outpatient) | Day Shift

We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Specialist to join our outpatient team, providing expert wound care across multiple ambulatory clinics. This role involves coverage across numerous different clinics and the Emergency Department (ED), ensuring patients receive high-quality care in their designated clinic, such as the Surgical Clinic.

Qualifications and Education:

• RN license in Maryland or compact state required
• Work requires the level of knowledge typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in nursing & at least one year of clinical experience as a certified wound/ostomy care nurse.
• Current MD RN or compact/multi-state RN license is required.
• Current Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse (CWON) or Current Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (CWOCN)
• CPR (AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Two years of previous clinical experience
• One year in wound/ostomy care.
