Hear more from our team members about why UnityPoint Health is a great place to work at https://dayinthelife.unitypoint.org Overview RN Acute - Radiology - Methodist UnityPoint Health Des Moines Shift: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, four 10-hour shifts, rotating day off a week Holiday and call rotation included Benefits Eligible Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 paid over 2 years Provides nursing care for patients, participates in patient /family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with all other members of the Radiology Staff. Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to apply nursing care when it is needed. The primary goal of UnityPoint Health - Des Moines is to provide the best possible health care to the sick and the injured. Nursing procedures performed by the Radiology Nurse contribute directly toward this goal. Full-time IR RNs - have 2-3 weeknights on-call per month & 1-2 late shifts per month, and rotate every 13th weekend (Friday 5pm-Monday 7am) on-call Part-time IR RNs - have 1-2 weeknights on-call per month & 1 late shifts per month, and rotate every 20th weekend (Friday 5pm-Monday 7am) on-call Responsibilities
