The NPPDS is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs and activities for nursing staff using nursing, adult learning and other theories as appropriate. As an educational advisor and learning facilitator to other nursing professional practice program leaders and staff, the NPPDS serves as a leader, innovator, and change agent in the pursuit of improved nursing practice and professional development. Who Should Apply:
Salary Range: Minimum 46.57 per hour - Maximum 72.18 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
