Associate Credit Analyst

Provides support to Capital Markets Officers with credit administration of the AgFirst loan portfolio, including analysis of loan servicing actions, periodic risk rating reviews, etc. Responsible for presenting analyzed transactions to the Bank's Committees (L/C, SAM Committee, and ECC).

In partnership with the Relationship Managers and Capital Markets Officers, performs annual and interim Association and OFI assessments.

What you will do:
- Conducts analysis of less complex potential and existing AgFirst participation portfolio loans.
- Performs review and analysis of Association loan actions requiring AgFirst's prior approval. Analyzes loan servicing actions, and conducts periodic risk rating reviews.
- Performs annual and interim Association and OFI assessments. Prepares management and Board reports; completes industry analyses and their presentations; completes counterparty analyses, post approval of investments and borrower status reports.

What you will need:
- Minimum of 4-year college degree with an emphasis in Business administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- 1 - 3 years of prior experience in credit analysis or credit administration.
