Apply Keck School of Medicine San Diego, California Coordinator, Participant Recruitment and Retention Program Location: San Diego, CA. The USC Keck School of Medicine - Alzheimer's Therapeutic Research Institute (ATRI), located in San Diego, California is an academic institute comprised of scientific collaborators committed to advancing the development of new treatments for Alzheimer's disease through innovative clinical trials. This position is based in the ATRI Section of Recruitment, Engagement, and Retention (RER) under the direction of Prof. Raman and will report to Dr. Molina-Henry. This position will support the administrative, operational and strategic needs for the Section leadership and associated faculty. This role is dedicated to supporting, and implementing initiatives and programs aimed at timely and efficient enrollment and sustained retention of study participants engaged in ATRI-managed studies The Coordinator will support, facilitate, and coordinate all section level initiatives and projects. They will provide administrative project management to faculty across multiple projects. They will organize teleconferences, meetings, and training sessions, and prepares meeting minutes. They will communicate and interface directly with faculty and staff and oversee timelines and milestones to ensure that targeted deadlines are met. The hourly rate range for this position is $29.19 - $37.25.
