Process Technician Hours: 1st shift, 7am-3pm, flexibility in start and end time Pay: $28/hour and up based on experience This position under the direction of the Plant Manager, will assist in the set-up and running of the assigned production equipment. Insuring that it is done in a safe and timely manner. Job Description: Setting up and operating an Injection Molding machine Can run a recipe saved in press Can start a brand-new job from scratch Material Handler (Prepare materials for processing, keep machines filled) Regrind of excess materials in a timely manner Set-up (level 2 or 3) Help move & load tools into machine Setup production tooling and auxiliary equipment as required Qualifications Basic computer knowledge preferred Ability to use basic hand tools Must be able to lift 55 lbs. 2+ years of plastic injection molding Good communication skills Attention to detail
