The Count Team Attendant is responsible for collecting and processing large volumes of currency from Slot Machines and Kiosk machines, ensuring accurate and efficient reporting. They also document all counts in compliance with Gaming and Company regulatory requirements. THE STARTING RATE: $17.76
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Collect cash, tickets, and tokens from slot machines, cashless wagering kiosks, parking kiosks, satellite banking kiosks, arcade games, and other designated revenue areas as required. Accurately count, sort, strap, rack, transport, and record all funds during the count process. Maintain proficiency in operating all programs and equipment used in the drop and count procedures. Keep the count room clean, organized, and well-maintained. Ensure proper cleaning and upkeep of all drop and count equipment. Accurately generate and maintain count team records and data.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Working knowledge of 10-key and currency counting equipment General knowledge of mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts. Has over 1 year of high-volume cash handling experience Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Is 21 years old or older Has the ability to lift up to 50 lbs Is flexible to work grave shift including on weekends and holidays
