You will lead the development and ensure the consistent administration of equitable and competitive compensation programs that comply with legal and regulatory requirements and support the achievement of organizational objectives. You will guide compensation programs and associated workstreams, from project management to systems and tools to communication plans. Serving as a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance to other members of the corporate compensation team, as well as to business HR colleagues and the company leaders they support.
Position Compensation Range: $86,000.00 - $142,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities
- Designs, implements, and accurately administers various compensation programs.
- Gathers input from key stakeholders and partners in the pre-implementation and post-implementation phases to ensure programs align with broader organizational and business unit objectives and continuously improve.
- Develops procedures and guidelines to ensure programs are internally equitable.
- Monitors market practices and developments to ensure programs are competitive.
- Keeps informed of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure compensation programs comply with legal requirements.
- Utilizes project and change management skills to guide compensation program development and implementation efforts with a holistic focus, delivering not only successful launches (implementations) but also successful landings (employee experience).
- Seeks opportunities to enhance and improve, simplify, and automate compensation programs,
- Models costs, impacts, and scenarios to share with leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Serves as a project lead for various compensation-related special projects and provides program support and compensation consulting support for the corporate compensation team, as needed.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Demonstrated strong analytical aptitude, with the ability to organize and analyze data, interpret results, formulate conclusions and narratives, and provide strong consulting as it relates to compensation decisions.
- Demonstrated experience in compensation pay practices such as job analysis and evaluation, pay planning, and incentive design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced HR environment.
- Demonstrated experience influencing with and without formal authority.
- Demonstrated experience working horizontally across HR departments.
- Demonstrated experience in managing employee compensation data and creating and administering compensation plans in Workday, or similar HRIS platforms.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of compensation-related regulations such as the Fair Labor Standards Act and other applicable HR-related laws.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of project management and change management methodologies, practices, techniques, and tools.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in compensation roles, with a strong background in designing, implementing, administering, and improving various compensation programs.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and mentoring more junior specialists, fostering their development and ensuring effective collaboration.
- Demonstrated experience developing compensation work plans and managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas; analyzing large datasets and creating financial models.
- Advanced PowerPoint Skills: Designing executive presentations and conveying complex information clearly and visually
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification
