The Change Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing change initiatives impacting North America's transformation efforts. This role involves developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of new processes, systems, and organizational changes. The Change Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, project teams, and employees, to drive change and achieve desired outcomes. Key Responsibilities
