Key Responsibilities:

  • User-Centric Product Initiatives: Help inform the effort to define and prioritizing product features and enhancements that will deliver intuitive and satisfying experiences. Participate in the product discovery phase of ideation and validation, to help ensure the direction will resonate well with users and align with our strategic goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: As part of the team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that the product roadmap and strategy are robustly supported and advanced. Champion UX-and the end user-helping to ensuring that user experience principles are integral to product development processes.
  • Expertise Building: Cultivate a deep understanding of supply chain planning processes, enterprise software technologies, and best practices in product management.

In addition, the role will have the opportunity to observe, learn, and gain capabilities in the following areas:

  • Strategic Storytelling and Product Vision: Gather requirements and insights that will help articulate the product's strategic value through compelling storytelling and clear communication of the product vision to stakeholders, including customer, partners, and internal teams.
  • Growth and Adoption Strategies: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that are enriched by user-centric approaches and storytelling. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth through engaging and user-friendly experiences.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Inform solution performance metrics and lead initiatives for continuous improvement based on strategic insights and user feedback. Focus on enhancing user engagement and satisfaction through iterative design and feature refinements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in design, business, psychology, communications, or other related field.
  • Excellent communications, project management skills, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lean UX principles/best practices.
  • Empathy for people, and the ability to assess workflows within a software solution and identify improvements-from the user's point of view.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define, track, and optimize experience metrics.

The salary range for this position is: USD $75,570.07 - $92,429.92

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
