Job Title: Contract Worker - Technical Artist/Animator for GenAI Emotes Evaluation Location: Los Angeles, Burlingame, Remote Contract Length: 6 months About the Role: We are seeking 3 skilled Technical Artists/Animators to join our GenAI Emotes Evaluation team. This role involves supporting model evaluation, animation data cleanup, and quality assurance (QA) for our GenAI Emotes Creation project. You will work closely with our art, animation, and engineering team to ensure high-quality animation outputs and contribute to the development of cutting-edge GenAI technology. Key Responsibilities: Model Evaluation and Quality Assurance (QA): Assess and evaluate the results of animation models and collected data to ensure they meet quality standards. Animation Data Cleanup: Utilize Maya to access and clean up raw animation data, ensuring accuracy and quality. Collaboration: Work with mocap data teams to ensure annotations are accurate and complete. Tool Utilization: Use tools such as Maya for animation tasks, with potential use of other software as needed. Required Skills and Experience: Animation Experience: Strong foundation in animation principles and techniques. Technical Artist/Animator Experience: Proven experience in technical artistry or animation, particularly in gaming or similar fields. Software Proficiency: Proficient in using Maya for animation tasks. Experience with scripting, importing, and exporting data is a plus but not required. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail for data cleanup and QA processes. Skills Motion design, Animation Top Skills Details Motion design, Animation Additional Skills & Qualifications This person can sit anywhere in the US but needs to be willing to work PST hours as the HM sits in LA & other team members sit in the Bay Area. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
