OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANYFox TV Stations FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network's national content. JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative digital media plans that captivate audiences and exceed client expectations. Cultivate and expand relationships with key clients and agency partners, becoming their trusted advisor. Lead product update discussions and educate brands and agencies on FLX's cutting-edge offerings. Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing teams to create insight-driven OTT campaigns on FLX/Fox streaming properties. Spearhead projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration, both internally and externally. Optimize campaigns to ensure 100% delivery and provide insightful campaign reporting, including PowerPoint-based summaries.

What We're Looking For:
Exceptional Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables. Experience in analyzing data sets and delivering actionable insights. Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to change. Strong understanding of advertising performance metrics and the evolving local TV marketplace, including OTT. Ability to lead multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Top-notch organizational and prioritization skills. The ability to establish relationships with senior-level clients or agency decision-makers. An impressive track record of meeting deadlines and receiving positive reviews. A passion for customer service and prior team lead or management experience. 3-5 years of experience in the digital media industry. A BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $60,000.00-65,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
