JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for managing and securing all endpoint devices within the organization. Develops and implements endpoint security strategies, oversees software deployment, and ensures optimal performance of all endpoint devices. This role is essential in maintaining business continuity and protecting sensitive data.

Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • Requires knowledge of information technology concepts at a level normally acquired through the completion of a four-year degree in information technology, computer science or relevant technical field; and
  • Seven years' of progressive experience in all aspects of endpoint deployment, security patching, and application virtualization technologies, of which includes 4 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manages and maintains the 24/7 IT endpoint service desk and patch management, ensuring adherence to related service standards, and customer service.
  • Develops and implements comprehensive patch management strategies for all endpoint devices.
  • Builds a high performing team by providing mentorship, coaching and professional development to team members. Ensures consistent processes for support & development, including time tracking, task allocation, backup & succession planning, training and client feedback for employee success.
  • Directs the implementation of hardware and application software including upgrades to maintain technological currency, enhance digital transformation efforts, security protection and the mitigation of cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
  • Oversees team adherence to all company processes, policies and procedures including IT Cybersecurity controls to meet or exceed the enterprise cybersecurity framework standards and other compliance frameworks.
  • Monitors the performance of the endpoint team functions, manages capacity planning and involved in budgeting.
  • Oversees change management, within functional areas, in accordance with defined security standards.
  • Oversees endpoint project management efforts.
  • Defines, develops and implements policies, procedures, and standards; monitors and modifies procedures to improve operational efficiencies and to meet processing service levels, expectations and goals with focus on continuous improvement and adherence to established key performance indicators and service level agreements.
  • Drives process improvements and adheres to the change management processes.
  • Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

  • A+ and/or networking certification preferred.
  • Project management experience.
  • Powershell scripting experience.
  • Cloud infrastructure (IaaS) experience (Azure).
  • Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory experience.
  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Microsoft Intune experience.
  • Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) experience.
  • M365 (Exchange & Teams) experience.
  • SharePoint Online (SPO) experience.
