Jack Henry is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Finance Manager, Contract Management to join the Customer Contract & Relationship Management (CCRM) team. The CCRM team provides contract management and billing support to the finance, operational and sales teams. This position leads and collaborates with a team of Quality Assurance (QA) professionals to ensure the accuracy of customer contracts setup within the financial reporting system, including products, pricing, and terms. Additionally, the position will have an eye for the future as the CCRM team continues to leverage advanced tools and technologies to automate and standardize processes.

To be successful, this individual will need to be a self-starter, have a process improvement mindset and be a strong team leader. This role requires a detailed-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other leadership peers.

This position will be filled to work a Hybrid schedule at any of the following Jack Henry office locations: Monett, MO or Springfield, MO and you are required to go into the office once a week for onsite collaboration, meetings, events, and or training.

The target salary range for this position is $78,585 - $95,000 based on experience and location.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Lead a team of nine individual contributors in the QA team.
  • Ensure the accuracy of customer contract setup and the products, pricing and terms within.
  • Collaborate with other leadership peers to ensure processes are completed accurately and timely.
  • Own and manage quarterly internal and external audits.
  • Evaluate and identify areas for process improvements, utilizing change management practices and automation tools.
  • Provide training and support to the QA team to maintain high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report on QA metrics and performance indicators.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in people leadership at a supervisor level and above.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Excel (extensive formulas, macros, data management).
  • Must be able to work weekends as business needs require, to support month-end close procedures.
  • Must be able to trave up to 5% to attend Jack Henry meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with change management practices.
  • Knowledge of advanced automation tools, including AI, GenAI, Robotic Process Automation.
  • Familiarity with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
