RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop vision, roadmaps and plans with executive management to drive network and security goals

    • Engage customers, partners and internal stakeholders to determine business requirements, technical considerations and strategic objectives.

    • Collaborate with engineering and operations peers to deliver strategic and tactical plans and objectives

    • Serve as a product owner on the scrum team(s) and work with engineers to deliver a quality product on time.

    • Drive product management from planning to delivery and iteration

REQUIRED SKILLS:

We are seeking a highly skilled multi-faceted senior product manager with proven experience managing complex technology products and programs spanning IT, infrastructure, data centers and network security. Your communication, data analysis, product management, and ability to successfully execute in a matrix environment will ensure your success in this capacity.

REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant industry experience

    • 10+ years of professional experience in Product Management

    • Prior experience building security products for both on-premise and Public Cloud specifically Network controls like load balancers, proxy, NAT and firewalls

    • Top notch written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive customer escalations

    • Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap

    • Experience working and delivering product or services in an agile/lean environment

    • Track record of successfully building alliances with teams in a matrix environment

    • Experience building and delivering solution on AWS, Azure, GCP in a dynamic and automated environment

DESIRED SKILLS:

    • Understand the security objectives and challenges in cloud

    • Craft a strategy, roadmap and plan for program execution to include features, functions and deliverables

    • Thorough understanding of enterprise software development and infrastructure processes and lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using agile or similar methodologies

    • Past experience driving full lifecycle projects

    • CISM and/or CISSP certification a plus

    • Agile/Lean certified a plus

    • Seasoned professional in corporate communications, presentation, and risk awareness

    • Experience in driving key information security, compliance and other regulatory requirements internally and externally

    • Information Systems Or Computer Science Masters Degree OR equivalent industry experience

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $200,800 to $334,600. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
