Team/Job Summary: Within Nintendo of America (NOA)'s Digital Marketing department, the eCommerce team leads the strategy, development, execution, and expansion of digital commerce capabilities on our direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms on and off-device while supporting our digital-at-retail initiatives. The team mission is to build a player-focused digital ecosystem that deepens engagement with Nintendo IP and is comprised of four primary functions - feature development, digital marketing, digital release, and business expansion. This job directs the eCommerce experience of Nintendo's online presence, manages the P&L of the business unit and day-to-day operations, and works closely with stakeholders on developing and delivering initiatives to grow and scale the DTC business and operations. Browse the My Nintendo Store here - https://www.nintendo.com/us/store/ DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: * Develops and directs strategy implementations to drive traffic and sales to Nintendo's eCommerce site(s). * Builds, motivates, develops, and manages a team of eCommerce professionals. * Establish and manage performance goals, objectives and metrics for the business unit and team. * Plans and aligns with senior leadership on strategic direction. * Provides overall direction and manages the team to maximize productivity, optimize workflows, and ensure timely and quality delivery of products and customer experiences. * Leads strategy for day-to-day eCommerce operations including tracking, planning, and execution. * Manages and drives deliverables for features and platform development with global partners. * Communicates and collaborates across internal and external project team members, stakeholders and/or global partners. * Develops and drives QA protocols and processes for all online content released. * Develops backend and key process strategies for product and feature launches. * Ensures the quality of deliverables conforms to Nintendo of America (NOA) standards. SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum of 10 years of P&L experience managing eCommerce businesses, preferably in the B2C space for major consumer brands. * Minimum of 7 years of management experience. * Minimum of 3 years of experience with website design or related program management. * Leadership experience in building and managing cross-functional teams and strategic planning processes. * Strong communication skills to articulate strategy, progress, and results to inform and influence senior leadership and stakeholders. * Technical understanding of eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, and APIs. * Strong Microsoft Office proficiency. * Experience with standard analytics tools and packages. * Experience in the games business or familiarity a plus. * Experience with Agile development a plus. * Undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. * MBA or PMP certification preferred. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This position is HYBRID in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time. This position includes a base salary range of $164,000 - $296,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
