JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Program Manager provides comprehensive management of the Navigator Program and ensures that the programs and services onsite are delivered in accordance with best practice standards, contract and grant requirements, and agency practices and procedures. The position oversees service delivery, ensuring efficiency, operational consistency of case management practice, staff leadership, and overall quality practices of the assigned program. This position is responsible for internal and external reporting of outputs and outcomes and establishing working relationships with internal service provider partners, vendors, and external community partners.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Provides administrative supervision of 6 FTEs and functional supervision of 4 FTEs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Manage and oversee the administrative and daily operations of the case management function of the Navigator Program in support of program goals and objectives.
  • Conduct client record reviews on an ongoing basis; approve client records and electronic case notes.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of team outcomes, data quality, and case management productivity reports. Implements corrective action plans as necessary.
  • Manage program budget and expenditures, ensuring that funds and resources are used efficiently and in accordance with the donor intent.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee and maintain quality program practices, ensuring compliance with best practice standards, contract grant requirements, and Agency practices and procedures.
  • Ensure case management supervisors and staff meet client service requirements according to contract, program, department, and agency requirements.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.


EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:



  • Master's degree in social work (LGSW / LMSW) or comparable human service field such as Counseling, Family Development, or Nonprofit Management.


    • for a social work degree, social work licensure (LGSW/LMSW) in the appropriate jurisdiction is required.



  • 5 years' experience in direct services or case management



  • 5 years of progressively responsible experience in program management



  • 3 years of supervisory experience




SKILLS and COMPETENCIES:



  • Driving is required. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English.
  • Familiarity with and understanding of the immigrant experience and issues/challenges faced by newcomers to the United States.
