General Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain professional work relationships with operational leaders and co-workers.

- Compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Processing of multi-state bi-weekly and weekly payroll for 2700+ employees in multiple legal entities. Payroll encompasses union and non-union employees, salary, and hourly employees in Paycom.
- Ensures the computing, withholding and deductions associated with net pay is done properly.
- Assist with supporting the field with timekeeping and reporting questions.
- Assist users with issues as they arise either by correcting the problems or working with the Payroll Supervisor, Payroll Manager or Paycom Support to resolve them.
- Records time off for salaried employees on leave, and other applicable maintenance in Paycom for payroll processing.
- Ensures payroll records such as Client Inbox Reports are archived from Paycom and are recorded on the Cash Log.
- Assist with providing payroll data reports for subpoenas and audits as needed.
- Assist with garnishment and wage withholding orders, including setting up, inactivating, and notifying agencies of employee terminations.
- Assist with compliance and collection of California Time Record Attestations.

Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in general payroll processing.
- Proficient in payroll/bookkeeping (General Ledger), payroll software and office software (reports program, Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet, etc.)
- Able to choose among alternative courses of action in carrying out the requirements of the position (i.e., alter payroll schedule, complete tasks that need to be done ASAP)
- Able to work independently
- Able to make critical decisions
- Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent customer service skills, with ability to multi-task.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Flexible work schedule may include working overtime, nights, on weekends, holidays, and be on call.
