This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and this hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs.This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

Job Description Summary:
The Sr Consultant Talent Acquisition (TA) acts as the primary interface for the client and is the liaison between candidates and hiring managers. Provides guidance to hiring managers to aid in the selection of the strongest candidate, negotiates offers and start dates, and ensures a smooth onboarding process for the new hires. The Sr Consultant TA is responsible for full life cycle recruiting, and developing strategic sourcing strategies for a variety of different types of advanced level corporate positions. The Sr Consultant TA partners with hiring managers to interpret position requirements, and provide consulting expertise as a strategic advisor to lead talent searches. In this role the Sr Consultant TA will source talent for a number of open requisitions simultaneously, utilizing various recruiting tools, sourcing channels and techniques to identify talent. Interfaces with HR Business Partners to collaborate on open positions. Proactively drives the recruiting process, problem solves to address challenges, provides solutions and market intelligence to hiring managers to support the sourcing strategy and sourcing channels identified. Utilizes data, analyzes the recruiting metrics, recommends process improvements based on recruiting metrics.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage all phases of the recruiting life cycle: Intake, sourcing, screening, selection - facilitating de-brief sessions, offer, and onboarding.
- In collaboration with direct manager, develop talent strategies to support and optimize recruitment in assigned functional areas. Launch searches by preparing market research and conducting hiring strategy sessions with hiring managers.
- Actively source passive talent by conducting market research, developing Boolean search strings, finding and reaching out to passive individuals via, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Analyze recruitment metrics, cycle time, hiring sources; utilize the data to consult with hiring managers on effective hiring strategies. Update candidate's status; ensure accuracy of Applicant tracking data.
- Review incoming applications, reject any unqualified applicants, and reach out to qualified candidates to schedule phone screens. Conduct phone screens with both active and passive candidates; submit candidate profile write-ups and resumes to hiring managers with recommendations for next steps.
- Communicate updates to hiring managers on a regular basis. Coordinate on-site interviews with candidates. Greet candidates on-site where applicable and follow up with candidates following on-site interviews.
- Consult with hiring managers on offer details, obtain offer approval from appropriate parties; develop offer letter, execute offer, and manage all negotiations throughout offer process.
- Capture offer response in system and ensure smooth hand-off to the onboarding team.
Relationship Building
- Manage a consultative relationship through documentation and follow-up to hiring strategy sessions. Ability to utilize a consultative approach, including the ability to win over difficult clients and come up with solutions.
- Manage the Association's relationships with external recruitment sources, including professional search firms, professional organizations and associations.
Technical Expertise
- Execute sourcing via existing and emerging channels using traditional and advanced communication tools (e.g. social media networking, user groups, and other in-person networking activities) to identify and obtain information about potential candidates.
Compliance
- Ensures compliance with EEO laws and Association AAP Goals as well as Association's compliance with all federal and state employment laws as they relate to recruitment and selection.
Complete special projects
- Manages various aspects of the annual internship program.
- Function as lead resource on immigration matters. Monitors timeline, and status on open immigration cases. Partners with external resources (e.g. attorneys) to ensure all aspects of the process conforms to all legal requirements. Additionally trains team on aspects of initial case processing.
- Represent the Association at Career Fairs, on-campus recruitment and additional events that involve networking and hiring opportunities. Coordinate the logistics of these activities including the determination of events to attend and the aligning of marketing materials.
Required Education, Certifications and Experience: Education
- Bachelors Degree; Bachelor's degree in business, or Human Resources, healthcare or equivalent experience
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive full life cycle recruiting experience preferable in healthcare or information technology, recruiting for professional level positions.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working with an applicant tracking system with a level of detail orientation that maintains strong data integrity and allows for great reporting from the TA system
- Minimum of 10 years of experience sourcing talent, and developing sourcing strategies for a variety of professional positions and required skills, using a variety of sourcing channels.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience using social networking tools to identify top talent
- Preferred Recruiting experience in IT, Cyber, and Data Analytics
Skills
- Solid technical expertise and the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations including immigration
- Verbal and written communication skills; ability to conduct a phone interview to determine a candidates qualifications, and submit candidate write-ups to hiring managers
