POSITION PURPOSE: The Air Force Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding North Wind Group's relationships with key Air Force stakeholders. This role is accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving contract growth, and managing the execution of projects in line with Air Force requirements and compliance standards. The manager will serve as the primary liaison between the Air Force and North Wind Group, ensuring clear communication, robust performance, and adherence to regulatory and contractual obligations.
