Performs a wide range of operational and analytical duties to assist with the planning, management, and coordination of the Facilities Management team which includes engineering, life safety and construction. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to construction projects, life safety inspections & drills, engineering pm reports and facilities square footage tracking to provide insights and recommendations to Senior Director. The work involves monitoring data collected and project progress, identifying potential issues, and suggesting corrective actions to optimize outcomes.

REQUIRED

• Associates degree in Information Systems, Construction, Engineering, Business or Healthcare related field.
• Prior engineering, life safety and construction experience.
• Prior project / system implementation experience.
