We are seeking a GTM Sales Operations Intern to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of Waltham, MA.
Job Summary
The Intern role offers the opportunity to be an impactful member of the Go to Market (GTM) Sales Operations team contributing to the growth and expansion of the CRO function at Imprivata. This role is highly visible and key to strategically aligning Imprivata's account base for the upcoming fiscal year GTM planning cycle. As an intern, you will work cross-functionally with internal contributors to capture business requirements, conduct data analytics, and propose data-driven action plans for data quality improvements in Imprivata's Salesforce account data in alignment with our Enterprise Data Strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Meet with business contributors to capture requirements relative to key enterprise data metrics that drive account segmentation and research.
  • Perform record and field level data analysis on account data quality metrics.
  • Provide insights into data quality metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Partner and work cross functionally.
  • Proactively monitor and drive system clean up efforts to ensure quality and data accuracy of supporting sales data.
  • Other duties as assigned and required

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years' experience working with large complex data sets.
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business,
  • Experience with Salesforce and reporting.
  • Solid knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Passion to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
This position offers a total compensation range of $18.00 to $22.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
