Position Title: MARKETING MANAGER - CHARLOTTE, NC

Pay Grade: 15

Reports To: Marketing Director

Salary: $70000-$75000 / year

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing marketing projects and brand management strategies. This role requires a highly organized individual with a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies who can lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Experience with digital marketing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute all marketing campaigns, including brand management, project management, and creative marketing initiatives.

Project and Brand Management

  • Oversee the development and management of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Implement a project management calendar to manage marketing projects and plan specific, timely campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Analytics and Reporting

  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Use strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing projects and brand management initiatives.
  • Skills and Abilities
  • Highly organized with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Expert communication and writing skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and brand management.
