Job Summary

Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team as a Supply Chain Coordinator supporting the successful daily execution of coordinating the flow of defective goods inventory back to the vendor for repair or replacement.

What You Will Do
  • Manage defective goods inventoryand facilitate the transfer of goods from inventory back to the vendor for repair, replacement, or credit
  • Generate and execute RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) purchase orders, Requests for RMAs, and other necessary documents related to the return to vendor of defective goods
  • Maintain current accurate records and files of discrepancies and related return to vendor records
  • Establish and maintain sound professional relationships with vendors
  • Resolve issues associated with returns of defective goods
  • Compile, review, and analyze data
  • Communicate with Supplier Quality Engineers, Buyers, and Program Managers vendor performance and part issues
Education & Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage own time effectively, produce work of the highest quality, and meet deadlines consistently
  • Must be flexible and willing to move between projects and tasks quickly as needed
  • The ability to listen to others and work well as part of a team
