JOB SUMMARY The facilities coordinator position is responsible for maintaining the Sun Country Airlines facilities related to HVAC, electrical, lighting, roofing, fire suppression, plumbing and grounds. This includes Headquarters, Maintenance Hangar(s), and leased airport spaces. WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The employee regularly works in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, and vibration. The employee possibly works in high, precarious places and is potentially exposed to extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is not usually loud.
