Description We are looking for a committed PC Technician based in Lake County to provide crucial support for IT Warehouse and Deployment operations. The perfect candidate will have a background in IT/Technology roles, including Service Desk, Desktop Support, Mobility, and Hardware Fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and resolve tickets assigned through the ServiceNow ticket system. * Fulfill warehouse requests, check in inventory, and ship hardware as requested. * Update SAP for received and deployed IT hardware. * Recover equipment, including picking up computers, mobility devices, and peripherals from onsite locations. * Follow up with managers of offboarded employees to gather required information. * Send out boxes and return FedEx labels for remote users. * Process incoming return equipment and adhere to data retention practices. * Deploy computer peripherals and set up monitors. * Image computers as needed. Skills and Qualifications: * Valid driver's license. * Experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, and Imaging. * 2 years of experience in Warehouse or Stockroom activities. * 2 years of experience in computer support. * Proficiency with MS Office 365 and associated applications. * Familiarity with Incident Management Applications (ServiceNow, Remedy, ITSM). * Familiarity with SAP. * Preferred: * Associate Degree. * Computer A+ certification. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
