Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt | $17.00 - 18.00

What you'll do:

Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility while supporting production and equipment upkeep.

• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment
• Support production by stocking supplies and collecting scrap/trash
• Maintain cleanliness of shop floor, exterior areas, and front office
• Inspect and clear electric fence area of any obstructions
• Complete other general duties as assigned

What you need to be successful:

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and
  stand for extended periods
• Good hand-eye coordination and
  frequent hand use
• Forklift certification preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork
  skills
• Committed to cleanliness, safety,
  and quality service
