Parts Counter Sales Representative

Counter Sales Representative Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to all customers
• Ensure all parts orders are accurate
• Assist customers to determine necessary parts information such as parts numbers, quantities, sourcing, freight, timelines, etc.
• Assist in all areas of Parts department as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Counter Sales Representative Position Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience in a customer service role
• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong Computer skills
• Professional communication skills: verbal, written, email, phone, face-to-face
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually to achieve department and company goals
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
• Outgoing, positive personality
• Self-motivated, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done

Strongly Preferred:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Knowledge of Cat Systems
• Previous experience working in a heavy equipment, parts, or industrial
