The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Growth Product Manager to join the Adobe Home Surfaces team. You will help with the mission of building delightful, personalized experiences crafted to sustain repeated engagement for our B2C members.

What you'll do
  • Develop and improve a comprehensive growth engagement strategy to boost product adoption, retention, and overall user happiness.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of user behavior through data analysis, user research, and experimentation to uncover key engagement drivers and problems.
  • Define and track key engagement metrics and use them to inform product decisions and measure the success of engagement initiatives.
  • Design and implement A/B tests and experiments to optimize sustained member repeat usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, PMM, GTM) to prioritize and deliver impactful engagement journeys.
  • Develop and lead a robust growth product roadmap passionate about improving user engagement and driving continuous improvement.
  • Drive alignment and communication with partners with growing and conflicting demands.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Startup mentality and the ability to break down complex problems. A systems thinker, and a builder at heart.
  • Bias toward action with a track record of driving initiatives from conception to completion. You love developing a vision but are also able to get into the weeds and drive things on the ground.
  • Deep customer empathy in the B2C space, and unbounded curiosity.
  • Skill in forming and championing partnerships across functions and organizations to lead teams successfully.
  • A metrics driven approach to product development, feature adoption, cohort analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Passion for user-centric design and experience, and the creative space.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-geo and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or 3+ years of product management experience. MBA preferred.

The U.S. pay range for this positionis $102,000 -- $197,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
