Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations including 6-8 years of experience with US Navy ship and/or systems acquisition and program management. Department of Defense Secret security clearance is requirred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Responsibilities for this Position Our Autonomous Maritime Platforms business area has an immediate opening for an experienced Senior Program Manager as we advance the state-of-the-art in autonomous technologies. Our team is performing on projects to design and deliver critical new systems for the US warfighter, and we need experienced leaders with the engineering and business savvy to execute these challenging programs. Executed at multiple sites near Boston, Massachusetts, these programs are on the cutting edge of design and integration of advanced maritime systems, embedded electronics, and autonomy. We need a seasoned technical and business leader with experience delivering products in the field of marine and or autonomous platforms. As the Senior Program Manager you'll lead the team in defining an execution strategy, developing a cohesive cost and schedule baseline for execution, and organizing to make it so. We'll rely on you to balance program risks and opportunities with executable strategies to meet technical requirements and budgets. You will interface with our customers in the U.S. Department of Defense, including the U.S. Navy, to ensure alignment and transparency at all phases, from development through delivery.
