Job Summary

CAMP Systems' internships offer a unique opportunity for talented individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in their chosen field. Our interns work on real projects that contribute to the success of our aviation clients around the world. We are continuously searching for ambitious students who are passionate about the aerospace industry and ready to embrace the challenges of a fast-paced, innovative environment. This internship will be supporting our training and development team.

Responsibilities:



  • Support an inclusive and collaborative communications strategy that fosters employee development and knowledge transfer through various channels (e.g. Learning Management System (LMS), knowledge base, SharePoint, webinars, etc.)
  • Provide administrative support for internal training system elements, including training processes and metrics (design, delivery, documentation, and training effectiveness).
  • Assist with modernizing and updating existing training courses and self-help documents, maintaining and scheduling training sessions, track and create reports on implementation and outcomes of all training and maintain training records.
  • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session.
  • Work closely with training manager, SME's, instructional designers, and training specialists to help design programs needed to support each department's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with various teams to assist with the execution of project goals and objectives.
  • Engage with other professionals in the field to expand your industry knowledge and professional network.


Requirements:



  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., Training & Development, Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Eager to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced software skills are a plus.



Compensation: $20.00 hourly
