The POS Process Specialist works within the RBNA Sales & Trade Marketing Team to support fundamental tasks involved in the POS execution process. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Point of Sale strategy for Red Bull NA and for implementing initiatives to fulfill strategic POS objectives. This role will be responsible for executing Red Bull's POS strategy across multiple business areas and partnering cross-functionally to deliver POS on time and within Red Bull's brand standards that make it the #1 energy drink. The role will work to support the sales teams in distributing and executing POS in the market by facilitating communication between field teams and internal RBNA teams to resolve issues, fulfill POS needs, and implement strategy. The role's responsibilities will include supporting long-term strategic roadmaps to achieve the brand's POS goals and partnering with a cross-functional internal team for day-to-day execution EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 2+ years of consumer goods industry experience with exposure to retailers required Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies Vital Excel and analytical skills with the ability to manipulate datasets effectively. Experience with BI is preferred. Experience in Monday.com or other project management tools preferred Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate cross-department networking Technical Knowledge of POS Production (Print, Permanent, Temporary) required Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Permanent Benefits eligible
