Job Description

The Senior Facilities Manager is primarily responsible for the management of all properties, occupancy, maintenance, construction, relocation, and renovation of assigned corporate premises. This position will assist's in the development and implementation of corporate standards regarding space planning, furniture standards, and branch facilities to accommodate current and future organizational needs.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You will oversee and coordinate all activities related to occupancy, construction, relocation, and renovation of assigned buildings and facilities.
  • You will prepare, direct, or obtain cost estimates for occupancy, construction, relocations, and renovations.
  • You will negotiate with, hire, and supervise contractors for construction on corporate premises.
  • You will inspect assigned properties periodically and report their condition to the Facilities Manager.
  • You will act as landlord for leasing tenants at BOKF-owned properties, addressing tenant requests and managing expenses.
  • You will schedule, hire, and supervise mechanics and skilled workers for furniture moves and repairs.
  • You will maintain knowledge of space planning procedures, CAD, and property management and maintenance.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field of study and 10 years of directly related experience in Facilities and/or property management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Thorough knowledge of facilities and/or property management
  • Advanced project planning/management skills with ability to coordinate many activities and multiple priorities
  • Basic CAD skills (preferably AutoCad)
  • General Understanding of Data Centers and normal operations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced presentation skills for both internal and external audiences
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural specifications and drawings.
  • Working Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing of facility activities
  • Strong mathematical skills in order to develop project budgets, financial planning and interpret architectural specifications and drawings.
